ATM-01TA

Bulgarian anti-tank mine

CURRENT

The ATM-01TA is Bulgarian-developed, plastic-cased, minimum-metal, anti-tank (AT) blast mine. It may incorporate a number of different mechanical and electronic fuzes, including one that features a small, explosively formed projectile (EFP) warhead, leading to incorrect classification as an anti-tank shaped charge (ATSC) mine.

Ukrainian one-way attack uncrewed surface vessel (OWA-USV)

CURRENT, EMERGING

The Cobra is an Egyptian anti-armour rocket-boosted round, which is for use the original Soviet/Russian RPG-7 series of launchers and associated clones. It is based on the Sakr PG-7 round, but with a completely revised and quite distinctive warhead assembly.

CURRENT, EMERGING

The 45 ACP (Automatic Colt Pistol) is a US-developed pistol and submachine gun round, which uses a rimless, straight-tapered, percussion-primed case.

BrahMos

Indian cruise missile

CURRENT

The BrahMos is supersonic, ramjet-powered, multi-platform, cruise missile, which can be deployed as an anti-ship cruise missile (AShCM) or as a land-attack cruise missile (LACM). It is a variant of the Soviet-era developed, Russian Federation, 3M-55E (3М-55Э).

Pakistani OWA-UAV

CURRENT, PROLIFIC

The YiHA-III is a Turkish/Pakistan-developed one-way attack uncrewed aerial vehicle (OWA-UAV). It was developed in partnership between the Turkish Barkar and National Aerospace Science and Technology Pakistan (NASTP).

DQJ03-40

Chinese rifle grenade

CURRENT

The DQJ03-40 is a Chinese, nominally 40 mm diameter, nose-fuzed, fin-stabilised, high-explosive dual purpose (HEDP) rifle grenade, which incorporates a bullet trap.

SkyStriker

Israeli OWA-UAV

CURRENT

The SkyStriker is an Israeli one way attack uncrewed aerial vehicle (OWA-UAV), which is also referred to as a kamikaze or suicide drone. It is manufactured by Elbit Systems.

Spl HGr 79

Austrian hand grenade

CURRENT, PROLIFIC

The Spl HGr 79 (Splitter Handgrenate 79) is an Austrian defensive, preformed-fragmentation, delay-fuzed, hand grenade, which was originally developed and produced by Austrian company ARGES.

OSINT recorded by Fenix Insight on 26 May 2025:

"Syria: a big arsenal, including different types of anti-tank guided missiles, IEDs and suicide vests were seized during raids against ISIS hideouts in S. Damascus province (area of Kiswah-Zakiyah)."
