A Russian uncrewed ground vehicle (UGV) has been deployed and destroyed in Ukraine by a first-person view uncrewed aerial vehicle.

  • The UGV was fitted with nine PKM portable mine dispensers

  • The PKM can dispense a range of anti-personnel, anti-tank and anti-landing craft mines

  • Use of UGV removes need for risking personnel or specialist engineering vehicles to deploy the mines

  • Russian UGVs have been seen previously deploying TM-62s in Ukraine, presented in a previous Fenix Insight bulletin 29th Jan 2024

We sent out new Bulletins via email, directly to our METIS enterprise-level users and publish them on our Blog the following week. To receive these directly to your inbox as soon as they're released, please contact us about upgrading your account.
