An improvised fragmentation sleeve has been seen, using a cutting chain (e.g. chainsaw chain) to replicate a similar arrangement as the POM-3 and POB Pilka anti-personnel mines​.

  • The chain is wrapped around the warhead casing, likely manually given the inconsistency seen across the full length of the sleeve​

  • The cutting elements of the chain would provide small triangular fragmentation, but of a lower quality than the POM-3/POB Pilka​
