Ukrainian electronic multi-sensor fuzes have been developed for TM-62 series and PTM-3 series anti-tank (AT) mines

  • Ukrainian electronic multi-sensor fuzes have been developed for TM-62 series and PTM-3 series anti-tank (AT) mines

  • They are produced by Kray and are based on the highly successful Johnny series of programmable electronic fuzes

  • The designations are:

    • Cricket (Ukr: Цвіркун) AM1 – base design

    • Cricket (Ukr: Цвіркун) AM2 – modified for PTM-3

  • Both incorporate an accelerometer and magnetometer, providing proximity detection and inherent anti-tamper function

  • They are designed for:

    • Counter-mobility

    • Remote mining

    • Countering demining
