Bulgarian RHV-HEF 30 mm grenade projectiles have been modified by Ukrainian forces for deployment by uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs)
The grenade looks to be modified to drop upside down, with three ground spikes to secure it in the ground, and a deployable fin assembly to stabilize during flight, screwed into the fuze well at the top
The AF35 fuze has been replaced with an improvised electronic fuze
The electronic fuze appears uses an optical sensor, either thermal or photodiode, to activate and/or detect personnel
There may be a further magnetic or similar proximity function, in a similar design to the “Johnny” [Ukr: Джонні] programmable fuzes)
