Footage has recently emerged of an uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) releasing an incendiary substance on a tree line
This is reported to be a Ukrainian UAV engaging Russian positions, however the reverse has also been claimed
The exact munition cannot currently be confirmed, however analysis suggests it is the ZAB-2.5 Type II or similar
The burn profile and incorporation of a small explosive charge is consistent with the ZAB-2.5 Type II
It is believed the UAV is sufficiently damaged during the dispensing that it crashes soon afterwards
