The KB POM-3 is delivered by ISDM rocket, assumed to have dispensed the canisters in error on Shebekino
Internal components confirm that the that the KB POM-3 contains three mines
At least one POM-3 detonated in a residential area and caused damage to a house, with numerous fragment impacts on windows and walls
