Iran test-fired a ballistic missile from a container aboard an IRGC sea base vessel.

  • The exact date is during January or February 2024​

  • The container can be used to disguise the missile and launcher until launch to achieve a surprise attack​

  • It is unclear exactly what missile was fired, but options include:​

    • Fateh 110 – 300 km range ​

    • Zolfaghar – 700 km range​

    • Dezful – 1000 km range​

    • Kheiber Shekan – 1450 km range​

    • Emad – 1750 km range​
