The mines have a production year of 2024
The Type 81 is a plastic-cased, minimum-metal, pressure-activated, anti-tank blast mine
A blast-resistant fuze is normally used
It is unclear whether this was provided to Russian forces or their North Korean allies, or whether it was used by Ukrainian armed forces
